Our preparation vessels are also often equipped with the necessary instrumentation for level, temperature, pressure and pH registration, among other things. In addition, Veenbrink RVS provides complete electrical control for preparation equipment and can deliver fully integrated systems.
Buffer tanks
For efficiency reasons, production processes are often run on a larger scale and media are prepared and produced in bulk. Veenbrink RVS specialises in building buffer tanks to store media and then reuse that same media in the preparation of the desired end product. Buffer tanks can be supplied either single-walled or insulated and equipped with all necessary process connections for security, cleaning, sampling, or access and inspection. In addition, provisions can be made to stir the medium homogeneously. The appropriate fittings and standards are applied based on the specific application.
Laboratory and test equipment
We are also happy to assist you with small-scale process equipment needs. This includes small preparation vessels at laboratory level or equipment for a pilot installation. Given the limited space available, small-scale laboratory and test equipment requires close attention: our engineers are ready to assist you!
