Process components
The challenging processes that Veenbrink RVS’s customers are involved in often require specific components. These components are often not commercially available or could simply use some improvement. Custom-made process components include various adapters to and from tri-clamps, hose connectors, and other conceivable couplings. At Veenbrink RVS, the customer can work with the engineer to arrive at the optimal custom component.

Custom assemblies
In addition to individual process components, Veenbrink RVS also supplies custom assemblies, all with the aim of optimising your product and process in terms of effectiveness and/or efficiency. For example, a torispherical top with a manhole and a multitude of connections can be replaced by a split top plate with all connections directly incorporated.
Especially in pharmaceuticals, these assemblies are of great importance to the process. Veenbrink RVS ensures that the customer always has sufficient stock of these products to be delivered quickly if necessary.
Veenbrink RVS also offers a solution in chemical applications. For example, a top with a small diameter can be fitted with a large number of connections. The top is turned and milled from one or more parts to make it as compact as possible, taking into account the strength requirements.

Piping solutions
An industrial process is always a combination of machines and their connections, i.e. the process tanks and the piping. The transition from the pipe to the process tank can be shaped in various ways. Examples of these are a direct (angled) pipe, a tangential pipe, a dip pipe, a spray ball and a shut-off valve. This type of piping in or on the process tank is designed and manufactured under one roof at Veenbrink RVS.
