Veenbrink RVS has both company-specific welding method certificates and certified welders. Welding processes are also characterised by sophisticated management of materials and material certificates.
The weld map is a drawing of the product with references to the applicable welding methods (WPS). A company-specific welding method qualification (PQR) is available for each welding method. In addition, the welders have welder-specific qualifications (WPQ), which allow them to complete welds in accordance with the prescribed welding method. All welds are logged in a weld log list.
