Production
Production starts based on the approved design documents and the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). This is a strictly controlled process in which product quality and the management of material certificates and welding logs are central.
The product is manufactured using various forming and welding techniques. Forming includes cutting, rolling, bending, drilling, and tapping of raw materials. Veenbrink RVS uses various welding methods, including TIG, MIG, plasma, and orbital welding.
After forming and welding, the product is finished to the highest level of quality and any field components are assembled. Both during and after the production process, the product is tested and the required non-destructive testing (NDT) is carried out. The product and documentation are then prepared for the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
