Designed with attention to handling, mobility and protection against damage
These mobile stainless-steel autoclave trolleys were further developed based on an earlier prototype. The trolleys have three perforated levels, with a removable middle platform in each trolley. Eight handles are distributed across all sides of each trolley.
For moving, each trolley was equipped with four Ø 125 mm castors. The wheel configuration consists of two fixed castors and two swivel castors with brakes.
Black POM-C protective plates were installed at the support points of the middle platforms. These reduce metal-to-metal contact, damage and rattling noise. The trolleys were manufactured mainly from stainless steel 1.4404. The external surfaces and welds were electropolished.
