Food Development in the dairy industry
A mobile preparation vessel for use in the dairy industry. The vessel has an interior surface finish of Ra < 0.8 µm and an exterior finish of Ra < 1.2 µm. In addition, this vessel is equipped with a heating mantle and various instruments and fittings for measuring temperature and pressure, and for cleaning, safety and inspection.
