Designed for practical cleanroom operation
Veenbrink RVS manufactured this mobile test unit for testing filters before they are used within the production process. The unit is intended for use in a cleanroom environment.
The vessels have an internal surface roughness of Ra < 0.4 µm and an external surface roughness of Ra < 0.8 µm. In addition, the test unit is equipped with a 100-litre vessel, a separate 5-litre vessel, two test lines with pressure measurement, and vacuum protection.
Practical operation by operators was central to the design. The mobile construction allows the unit to be positioned easily, while the filter support is adjustable both horizontally and in height. This makes it easier to position, connect and test the filters.
