Fermentation
Veenbrink RVS supplies this complete bioreactor line to a major pharmaceutical company in Brazil: from mechanics to electrical systems and from instrumentation to software. These single-walled pressure vessels are equipped with a full Ra<0.3 µm electrolytic polish, both internally and externally. The 50 and 500 bioreactors are designed for the fermentation process and are equipped with a range of instrumentation for pH, oxygen, temperature, and pressure registration. The fermentors are equipped with an electric heating jacket and a top stirrer with a spin filter. The volumes are determined by means of the load cells.
