ATF filter flushing housing, table and manifold (Alternating Tangential Flow system)
These four filter houses are used to clean the membranes of the Alternating Tangential Flow (ATF) system before use. This flushing system is used within the filtration process at one of our biopharmaceutical customers. The filter housings are completely electropolished with a surface finish of Ra<0.4 µm internally and Ra<0.8 µm externally. The filters are designed and produced in accordance with the EN 13445 guidelines, whereby the necessary non-destructive tests have also been performed. The piping has been orbital welded and the welds have been boroscopically examined by an independent inspection agency.
