Turnkey microfiltration skid

In addition to separate process equipment, Veenbrink RVS also designs, produces and validates integrated total solutions in a complete skid. We seamlessly connect tanks, valves, pumps, instrumentation, appendages and connecting piping to deliver a plug-and-play skid. This microfiltration unit is used in the downstream process of the end user.

Through an integrated approach of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation, the skids can be designed, produced, validated and installed plug-and-play. Of course we comply with all GAMP guidelines. In addition to filtration skids, we also supply skids for buffer preparation, dilution and cleaning (CIP skids).

The filtration skid has been extensively tested in our Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) room, with all necessary utilities available: demineralized water, steam, compressed air, power supply and a temporary server environment. Together with the customer, we ensured that the filtration skid could enter the clean room in a plug-and-play manner, which reduced further validation time at the customer location. This allowed the equipment to be put into use quickly. After performing the FAT, the skid has been transported to the customer location. We provided the connecting piping with existing utilities and support with the Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ).
