Heating by means of a magnetic valve

Ten mobile preparation tanks for the preparation of veterinary medicines. These tanks are equipped with various accessories, including an aseptic bottom agitator, a heating and cooling mantle and Hastelloy fittings for adding highly acidic media. A special feature of these tanks is that the bottom outlet is fully heated to prevent the medium from coagulating. The mantle is heated by regulating the supply of steam by means of a magnetic valve near the mantle inlet and recording the temperature using a temperature transmitter incorporated into the bottom. Naturally, these tanks are also equipped with the necessary instruments and fittings for measuring temperature, pressure and level, and for cleaning and inspection.
