Insulated CIP Vessels for Skid Systems

These insulated CIP (Clean In Place) vessels are designed for seamless integration into large skid systems by a renowned installer.

They feature an electropolished finish inside and out, achieving a surface roughness of Ra < 0.51 μm which ensures cleanliness and durability. Constructed in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and adhering to the AD2000 design code, these vessels are built to withstand a design pressure of -1 / 6 barg.

Comprehensive non-destructive testing (NDT), including X-Ray and penetrant inspections, ensures regulatory compliance. Under the strict supervision of an independent Notified Body (NoBo), all aspects of design, production, and testing meet the safety and quality standards.

Equipped with spray balls, these vessels ensure thorough cleaning without disassembly. The cleaning effectiveness is verified through riboflavin testing, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
