Custom assemblies

Aside from individual process components, Veenbrink RVS also supplies custom assemblies, all for the purpose of optimising the effectiveness and/or efficiency of the product or process. For example, a torispherical top head with manhole and a multitude of connections can be replaced with a divisible headplate that directly incorporates all connections.

These assemblies are of major importance for the process, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector. Veenbrink RVS ensures that the customer always has sufficient stocks of these products on hand and that, when necessary, these products can be supplied after the fact.

In addition, Veenbrink RVS provides solutions for chemical applications where, for example, a head with a small diameter needs to be provided with a large number of connections. The head is turned and milled from one or more parts to construct it as compact as possible, while at the same time taking the required strength into account.

Transport facilities & accessories

To ensure the primary process runs as efficiently and effectively as possible, transport facilities and accessories can be a big help. Sometimes even a simple bracket or handle can already make a big difference for the safety of your production staff.

During the process, the preparation is often transported between different rooms or even by road. Veenbrink RVS has a range of custom-made hygienic transport trolleys for this purpose. Other accessories, such as aseptic tool trolleys, ladders, platforms and tools, are also among the available options.
