Pharmaceutical Systems

CIP Unit

Hygienic design and cleanability are key issues in the process industry. Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) is often the preferred cleaning method. Veenbrink RVS has designed a very compact autonomous CIP unit for this purpose, which, if necessary, can be modified and supplied in accordance with the customer’s needs.

Product supply system

Veenbrink RVS has designed a universal product supply system for the process industry. This system can be used to safely and efficiently supply different types of ingredients, including liquids and powders, to the preparation tank.


Circulation Unit

Veenbrink RVS supplies circulation units for circulating media. Naturally, these units can also be adapted to fit the user’s wishes and needs. Circulation units of this nature are generally used for preparing products on a small scale or at a laboratory level. In such instances, the unit is connected to small preparation tanks and this way can take over or fulfil some of the tank’s important functions. For example, this includes measuring temperature, pressure, pH or oxygen values: the instrumentation is then located on the circulation unit, thus making it possible to make optimal use of the limited space on small tanks. An additional benefit is that such circulation units are universally usable for multiple processes and can be connected to a variety of tanks.
