With electronics and instrumentation, you can transform a simple tank into an advanced piece of machinery. Veenbrink RVS has many years of experience producing fixed and mobile standalone units complete with all required hardware and software.
The electrical components are generally installed in a normal, rustproof steel electrical cabinet with a focus on the customer’s requirements. When the needed solution is not available on the market, for example because of the required dimensions or finish, we will produce a special electrical cabinet in-house. Providing ATEX certified electrical cabinets and systems is also among the options available from Veenbrink RVS.
The equipment’s operation can be implemented in various ways. The simplest solution is hardware-based with push buttons or regulators on the electrical cabinet. A PLC, or a SCADA for larger systems, can be installed to provide additional options for regulating and monitoring programs and recipes.

We define instruments as all measuring equipment with a cable. The most important process instruments are meters that measure level, pressure, temperature and flow rate. In addition, there are various analysis sensors for measuring things, such as pH and conductivity. Finally, frequent use is made of proximity sensors, for example to secure the opening of a manhole or to measure or safeguard a drive’s RPMs.
Veenbrink RVS generally makes use of a list of preferred high-quality instruments that have proven themselves over the years. Naturally, we carefully monitor the market and we are aware of the latest, improved and newly developed instrumentation. Should a customer prefer to select its own instruments, for example to be consistent with those used elsewhere in the organisation and the company’s own stocks, that is of course also possible.
