Veenbrink RVS has company-level welding method certificates, as well as certified welders. Furthermore, welding processes are characterised by a sophisticated system for managing materials and material certificates.
The welding map consists of a product drawing with references to the applicable Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS). A company-related Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) is available for every welding method. In addition, welders have specific Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ) that permit them to carry out welding in accordance with the prescribed welding method. All welds are logged in a Welding Log list.
